Our services
Satellite Studio Co provides creative, website and business automation services for small businesses, such as missed-call text back, online booking, automated follow-ups, review requests and websites. The scope, deliverables and price of each engagement are set out in the proposal, order or plan you agree with us.
Payments
Fees are as quoted in your proposal or plan. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Invoices are due on receipt unless we agree otherwise in writing, and prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated. We may pause services while a payment is overdue. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your proposal or plan.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, to have the rights to any content you share with us, and to use our services lawfully. Where we send messages to your customers on your behalf, you are responsible for having their consent to be contacted.
SMS Terms
Program: Satellite Studio Co sends appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups about your enquiry to people who opt in, for example by ticking the consent box on our booking form.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
Reply HELP for help, or email work@satellitestudioco.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Intellectual property
Our website, content and branding belong to us. Ownership of work we create for you is as set out in your proposal or agreement.
Limitation of liability
Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, along with the date it was last updated.
